1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Pulitoto ("Platform", "we", "company"). These Terms govern your use of the Pulitoto website, mobile app, and all related services we provide.

By accessing or using the Pulitoto platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms;
• You are at least 18 years of age, or above the legal minimum age set in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
• You are using this platform solely for personal and entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any third party;
• The use of online gambling services is legal in the jurisdiction where you are located.

Acceptance of these Terms is an absolute requirement to use any part of the Pulitoto platform. If you do not meet any of the conditions above, you are not permitted to use this platform.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

3 Deposits and Fund Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

Pulitoto accepts deposits via a variety of supported payment methods, including local bank transfers via FPX, approved e-wallets, and other payment methods listed on the platform. All deposits must come from a legitimate source and must be in the name of the registered member only. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

Successful withdrawal requests are processed within 24 business hours once all of the following conditions are met:

4 Bonuses, Promotions, and Special Offers

4.1 Bonus Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by Pulitoto — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and special promotions — are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the respective bonus terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirements have been fully met.

4.2 Bonus Validity Period

Every bonus has a set validity period. Unused bonuses or unmet wagering requirements within the validity period will be automatically forfeited without compensation. Members are advised to review the specific terms of each promotion before accepting it.

4.3 Prohibition of Promotional Abuse

Pulitoto reserves the right to void bonuses and associated wins, and to close accounts, if there is evidence of promotional abuse. Activities considered as abuse include:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly;
• Using betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with unreasonably minimal risk;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the bonus system;
• Providing false information to qualify for promotions.

4.4 Right to Amend Promotions

Pulitoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or bonus program at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses that are currently active unless otherwise stated.

5 Game Rules and Wagering

5.1 Fairness and RNG

All games available on the Pulitoto platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by a qualified third party. 5.2 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical disruption, system failure, or internet connectivity issue during a gaming session, Pulitoto will endeavour to restore the session to the last valid state based on our server records. 5.3 Game Results Are Final

Game results recorded by the Pulitoto server are final and binding. If there is any discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and the server records, the server records shall prevail. Members may submit a complaint within 72 hours of the incident through our customer support channels.

6 Account Suspension and Closure

6.1 Closure by Member

You have the right to close your Pulitoto account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to you once all relevant conditions have been met. Bonuses that have not fulfilled the wagering requirements will not be paid out.

6.2 Closure by Pulitoto

Pulitoto reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• You have breached any part of these Terms;
• There is fraudulent or suspicious activity on your account;
• You provided false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Your account is involved in money laundering or other illegal activities;
• You are using automated software, bots, or scripts to play;
• There is a regulatory compliance requirement that necessitates such action.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person;
• Using an account for money laundering or financing illegal activities;

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or promotional systems;
• Using a credit card or payment method that does not belong to you to make deposits;
